Process
- Filling Waste Products into the Product Hopper: Waste filling in the composting system is an ecological first step in recycling. This process utilizes organic waste like fruit and vegetable residues. Proper waste selection and balanced filling ensure efficient compost production.
- Program Setting: After filling the waste, the compost fertilizer machine automatically sorts it by analyzing density, moisture content, temperature, and processing time, streamlining the entire composting process without manual intervention.
- Conversion Time: The composting system turns the waste into compost after the programmed time. Microbial bacteria actively separate, heat, dry, and decompose the waste during this process. This process takes 12-24 hours on average.
- Removing the Product Hopper: After separating the waste, the composting system produces finished compost. Once complete, the system automatically releases the product chamber for easy removal of ready-to-use natural fertilizer.
